VUHS wrestling excels at MMU tournament

JERICHO — The Vergennes Union High School wrestling team finished third, the highest among Vermont teams, at Saturday’s Jason Lowell Memorial Tournament hosted by Mount Mansfield Union High School. Five Commodores reached the podium, led by junior Aidan Gebo. Gebo won at 126 pounds and the tournament’s coaches chose him as the event’s Outstanding Wrestler.
