Commodore girls’ hoop sails past Spartans

WINOOSKI — The Vergennes Union High School girls’ basketball on Tuesday breezed past host Winooski, 60-23.
Kate Gosliga (13 points) and Felicia Poirier (11) led a balanced attack as the Commodores improved to 2-3.
Kiara Mack and Amina Osman each scored six for Winooski.
The Commodores will host Mount Mansfield on Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
