[SPONSORED CONTENT] Established in 1996, the Middlebury Downtown Improvement District Commission (DIDC) and the accompanying downtown district, is designed to provide additional taxing authority and revenues to the Selectboard to implement public improvements in the downtown district. The DIDC is planning a renewal hearing on October 8, 2024 and will work on collecting signatures for the renewal petition to extend the DID designation.
