Jackson Gallery hosts ‘A Party Called Life’

The Jackson Gallery will be transformed into a carnival of color to warm the winter months.

The Jackson Gallery presents “Feral Stitching: Four Artists Collaborating,” a collection of fiber art explorations created by Sarah Ashe, Janet Fredericks, Kari Hansen and Lily Hinrichsen. 

Vermont artist Samuel Wyatt studies the light, shadow and textures of urban settings. His new exhibit in Middlebury explores the communications found within those settings in the form of graffiti.

The Jackson Gallery presents an exhibition of paintings by mother and daughter, Barbara Lane and Brenda Myrick.

When Prindle Wissler died at age 99, in 2011, she left behind a legacy of hundreds of colorful, dynamic canvasses.

If you haven’t had a chance to explore the exhibit “Dreaming of Timbuctoo” yet, consider attending curator and writer Amy Godine’s presentation on Thursday, Oct. 14, at 6 p.m.
