Weybridge man charged with felonies

Robert E. Bowdish, 77, of Weybridge pleaded innocent on Monday to seven felony and two misdemeanor counts of possession of child sexual abuse material, the Vermont Attorney General’s Office announced. He was arraigned in Addison Superior Court, Criminal Division, in Middlebury.

At around 11:30 p.m. this past Saturday night, Vermont State Police investigated a suspicious vehicle on Stage Road near the intersection of Route 7 in Ferrisburgh. Troopers found the driver passed out behind the wheel and eventually cited him.
