ROBERT J. GARTHAFFNER ORWELL — Robert J. Garthaffner, 74, of Orwell, passed away on Wednesday evening, Nov. 26, 2025. Born on Aug. 30, 1951, he spent his life dedicated to God, family, and service to others. Bob (Garth) was born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy, where he served honorably for four years during and after the Vietnam War.
