Letter to the editor: Conlon has proven to be a solid ally
I write to endorse Rep. Peter Conlon for another term for the Vermont House representing Cornwall, Goshen, Leicester, Ripton and Salisbury.
In his six years in office, Peter has been a reliable ally on issue after issue. Whether the question of the day was reproductive justice, increasing the minimum wage, or providing frontline employees with paid medical leave, Peter had our backs. And whenever I traveled to Montpelier to push for crucial reforms to our outdated drug laws and criminal-legal system, I knew that I could count on Peter’s support.
I urge my friends in the Addison-2 district to grant him another term in the August 9 primary.
