Police responded to a one-vehicle crash in New Haven last Saturday and ended up issuing two citations for impaired driving.
The man was arrested for criminally threatening police.
Two people suffered minor injuries, according to city police.
This time, a bag containing various items was stolen.

Middlebury police received a report about baby foxes playing in the middle of Foote Street on April 27.
The incident is the fifth in the last two weeks.
In five different instances recently, VSP cited locals for driving under the influence.
