Vermont Arts Council awards grants

The Vermont Arts Council recently awarded over $300,000 in Cultural Facilities Grants to 19 Vermont arts and community organizations, including four local organizations.

The Vermont Arts Council recently secured $95,000 in new funding from a national program to bolster creative aging programs for older adults — one of only nine state arts agencies to receive the award.

Imagine a mural; imagine a sculpture; imagine raising the bar of artistic attraction to the Little City’s downtown.

Late this past summer, the Vermont Arts Council awarded 25 Vermont artists Creation Grants. Two of those 25 were Addison County artists.
