Neat Repeats names grantees

MIDDLEBURY — Neat Repeats directors Linda Waterman and Diane Howlett have released the list of fall 2019 grantees from their resale shop. Grants for that period totaled $33,831 and included the following:
Elderly Services (food), $5,000; — Housing Solutions, $4,695; End of Life Services (pledge), $3,250; Scholarships — MAUHS, MUHS, VUHS, $2,700; Family Assistance (9), $2,462; Dental Assistance (4), $2,050; Charter House Coalition (pledge), $2,000; HOPE — Food Shelf, $2,000; Vermont Symphony Orchestra — School programs, $1,500; CVOEO — Food Shelf, $1,500; Vergennes Food Shelf, $1,300; Educational Opportunities (6), $1,299; Have-a-Heart  Food Shelf, $1,000; Other endeavors (4), $775; Whiting Community Cupboard, $600; Sheldon Museum Holiday Open House, $400; John Graham Shelter Food Shelf, $500; Dinners with Love, $500; and Restorative Justice (documentary), $300.
Waterman and Howlett expressed their happiness that Neat Repeats was able to assist so many people and organizations in the Addison County community and offered thanks to all their donors, shoppers and volunteers who make their giving possible.
