Paint the town! Sparrow’s Plein Air Festival blends art & outdoors

There was a lot going on this past weekend. Between the No Kings protests, the swearing in of Dog Mayor Tela and Porter Hospital’s Centennial Birthday Party — folks were out and about “painting the town”… oh, wait… That’s right, they actually were painting the town!
