Carol’s Hungry Mind closed for good on August 8, 2018. The coffee shop on Middlebury’s Merchant’s Row has served as a bustling gathering place for more than 13 years. We stopped in to chat with owner John Melanson, and his loyal regulars, on the last day of business.
