BRISTOL — Bristol police on July 5 arrested two Monkton men and charged them with armed robbery after they allegedly forced their way into a Bristol nursing home and made off with narcotics on July 4.

Police arrested Timothy J. Boardman, 42, and Alec T. Morse, 20.

Authorities allege that the two suspects, armed with tire irons, grabbed an employee as she was leaving the Living Well Care Home on Maple Street at around 10 p.m. and forced her to re-enter the facility.

BRISTOL — For Bristol’s 250th Fourth of July, the town will get a fitting addition: an antique cooperative called Antiques at 27 Main, located at 27 Main St.
