Rokeby Museum opens once a month, with special talk on Jan. 24

Having a great day is as easy as pie at Rokeby Museum’s annual Pie & Ice Cream Social this Sunday, August 11, from 1 to 4 p.m.

Each July the Vermont Department of Fish and Wildlife deploys community scientists to conduct a census of established bat colonies.

“Seeking Freedom: The Underground Railroad and the Legacy of an Abolitionist Family” immerses visitors in the history of the Underground Railroad and the struggle for freedom.

To raise funds for Rokeby Museum’s Education Department, the organization will host the second annual Music with the Museum on Thursday, May 30, at 6 p.m., at the Ferrisburgh Town Hall and Community Center.

Rokeby Museum in Ferrisburgh is in the midst of its annual fund drive, with a goal of $40,000.
