Middlebury Police Log: Man arrested on DUI-4 warrant; stolen car recovered

Middlebury police arrested Dylan T. Harris, 34, of Middlebury on an outstanding warrant for driving under the influence – his fourth offense.

Middlebury police cited Timothy D. Tracy II, 20, of Middlebury for violating a vulnerable adult protection order, resisting arrest and assault on a police officer.
