October is a busy month at the Edgewater Galleries in Middlebury. Two solo shows will be opening on Friday, Oct. 7 with work by Kathleen Kolb and Ellen Granter.
Plein Air Paint Out will take place Saturday-Sunday, Aug. 20-21, from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m., where artists will be painting en plein air throughout Middlebury.
Coming on Aug. 1, Edgewater Gallery at the Falls will open a new exhibit of work by Betsy Silverman and Rachel Wilcox.

Edgewater Galleries in Middlebury continue to exhibit “Tools of the Trade,” a group exhibition featuring Tom Dunne, Kate Gridley, Duncan Johnson and Peter Kirkiles.

“Edgewater’s Winter Lecture Series” will host a series of three artist talks with Katie Runde, Susan Abbott and Kate Gridley from January through March 2022.
“It’s a very strange thing,” said Theresa Harris, the manager of Edgewater Galleries in Middlebury, “we had a really wonderful year — one of our strongest years yet.”
