THE MAIN SPEAKER at a vigil on the Middlebury Town Green on Tuesday was Diana Herasim, an MUHS exchange student from Ukraine. She wore a traditional Ukrainian flowered headpiece and embroidered blouse, and spoke movingly about the travails her family and her fellow Ukrainians have suffered since the Russians invaded.
