Stonecrop neighborhood grows

CONTRACTORS’ TRUCKS LINE up at the Stonecrop Meadows subdivision off Seminary Street Extension one day last week, where progress is being made on the seven buildings above ground and several foundations waiting for walls. The new Middlebury neighborhood is expected to contain 70 housing units by the end of this year, with an ultimate goal of 250.
