Goosewing Timberworks constructs building frames as heirlooms

On a sparkling spring morning before the start of the school day in Lincoln, Will Gusakov of Goosewing Timberworks visits the recently completed frame of a local building to conduct one final ceremony celebrating a milestone family investment with the placement of the final oak pin (dowel).
The two children applied their artistic impulses to decorating the chosen fastener and then Will holds the five-year-old kindergartener as he climbs a short ladder and pounds the pin home. His pre-school sister looks on as her big brother was accorded the honor of the building’s baptism.
