Agri-Mark fined for Middlebury Cabot plant discharge violations

The Agency of Natural Resource’s Department of Environmental Conservation fined Agri-Mark Inc. $60,000 for multiple violations of its pretreatment discharge permit at its dairy and whey processing facility off Exchange Street in Middlebury.
