Jamaican street food cook opens jerk chicken restaurant in Vergennes

CASTEL EDWARDS BRINGS a new flavor to Vergennes with the opening of his restaurant at 15 Main St. The chef might be far from his hometown in Jamaica, but Castel’s Jerk Joint serves authentic and fresh Jamaican dishes Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
