Ask a Master Gardener: Sprouts, the superfood to grow at home

AFTER SOAKING PEAS and other large seeds overnight, place your soaked seeds in a mason jar or other glass container, rinse and drain thoroughly, repeating these last two steps twice per day for three to six days to produce sprouts.
