Middlebury OKs town spending, $3.5M water tank and more

Middlebury’s first in-person town meeting in three years drew roughly 100 residents on Monday. Those present agreeably dispatched all the business on their warning — including an almost $13 million fiscal year 2024 budget for Addison County’s shire town of 9,100 residents.
