Town Hall Theater plans big downtown addition
TOWN HALL THEATER Executive Director Lisa Mitchell and Douglas Anderson, the Middlebury theater’s founder and artistic director, are spearheading a $6.5 million capital campaign to erect a three-story addition onto the historic building at 68 South Pleasant St.
