Set your own course for 2020 Ripton Ridge Run

THREE GENERATIONS OF the Harrison/Lynn family, Esme, left, Polly, Sarah, Christy and Woody, enjoyed the sun and the run at last year’s Ripton Ridge Run.

RIPTON — For many, it wouldn’t be October without the Ridge Run and, in spite of COVID-19, organizers want to keep that spirit alive while benefitting the students of Ripton Elementary School. Get outside (or get on the treadmill) on Saturday or Sunday, Oct. 10 or 11, set a course of either 5K or 10.4K, submit your time and check in to see the results. The affordable $20 registration fee also gets participants a raffle ticket for the chance to win one of these great prizes:
•  $50 Middlebury Money (3)
•  $50 gift card to MNFC
•  $50 gift card to Green Peppers (2)
•  Skida Headbands (4)
•  5lb Raw Honey from Champlain Valley Apiaries
•  Gift from Danforth Jewelers
•  Gift from Edgewater Gallery
“We might not be able to celebrate fall in this great state together, but we can still be connected. Thank you for considering running/walking/rolling with us! Or donating to a great cause! We are so grateful for this amazing community,” says organizer Joanna Doria.
Register online at riptonridgerun.org.
