Francis E. Tatro, 69, of Starksboro

STARKSBORO — Francis E. Tatro, 69, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020, at University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington.
He was born May 28, 1950, in Burlington, the son of Lloyd and Barbara Larose Tatro.
He was a member of Sons of American Legion Post 19 in Bristol and the Eagles Club in Vergennes. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and playing pool and golf.
Francis is survived by his wife Joanna; two daughters, Mona and Nicole and her husband Tom; two sons, Seth and his wife Amanda and Nate and his partner Melissa; six grandchildren, Evan, Dom, Abby, Natalie, Justin and Kaleigh; a great-grandson Jameson; a sister Mary Rathbun; three brothers, Richard, Jim and Michael Tatro; several nieces and nephews; and his two cats, Charlie and Tilly.
He was predeceased by his brother Lloyd Tatro.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, Jan. 17, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Brown-McClay Funeral Home in Bristol. Burial will be in the spring at Green Mount Cemetery in Starksboro.
