Five seniors from local high school football teams have been selected to play for Vermont in the 70th Annual Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl.

The 69th Annual Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl football game featuring top recently graduated high school standouts from Vermont and New Hampshire will be played on Saturday, Aug. 6, in David Wolk Stadium at Castleton University. Kickoff time will be at noon.
