Rain prompts Middlebury road closures, early school dismissal

Persistent rain flooded some roads in Middlebury on Monday, prompting the Addison Central School District to close schools in town early.

A few trees fell in Thursday night’s high winds, and some customers lost power. Otter Creek is still rising.
