The Rotary Club of Middlebury helped the Milk & Honey Quilters Guild hang up and take down over 200 quilts at their recent show.
On Saturday, Jan. 11, the Seth Warner–Rhoda Farrand Chapter of the DAR held a Quilts of Valor ceremony for two local Vietnam veterans.
In traditional Zen, a newly minted monastic follower or a priest must sew their own robes by hand, noted Joshin Byrnes, a Zen priest and teacher at Cornwall’s Bread Loaf Mountain Zen Community.
Milk and Honey Quilters’ Guild will stage a very special quilt exhibit at their sixth biennial quilt show on Oct. 9 and 10.
