Letter to the editor: Thomas and Delia-Lôbo are collaborative and wise

Have you ever thought to yourself, “I wish more people would be engaged with our town politics and leadership?”

We are lucky to live in a town where the next generation of young business owners is interested in running for selectboard.

With the rail and bridge construction project behind us, it’s time for Middlebury to look forward, and to address long-ignored problems that have been holding us back from reaching our potential as a community blessed with many resources. 

Matthew Delia-Lôbo wants you to know that he’s not just a dexterous barista with a gift for gab. He has developed considerable affection for his family’s adopted home of Middlebury and wants to make it more of a destination for young folks.
