A week after Alex Pretti was killed, I joined a dear friend in Minneapolis to offer support as they continued living day-to-day in a besieged city. We also went as witnesses and to carry back home to Vermont what could be scenes from our near future. If ICE is a virus spreading city to city then we all must be ready to muster soon.
