Hannah Gallivan of Bristol will receive a Deborah Lisi-Baker Youth Leader Award during a celebration of the 32nd anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act on July 26 at the Capitol Plaza. Gallivan is one of three Vermont youths to win the award.
Hannah Gallivan, a rising junior at Mount Abraham Union High School, has spent the past year working to update the Green Mountain Emergency Toolkit and make the disaster preparedness guide more inclusive for individuals with service animals.
