FFA Week celebrates ag students

Middlebury FFA Chapter is a student-led organization focused on developing young leaders. Our chapter mission this term is to educate and recruit young students through our first Discovery Chapter at Middlebury Union Middle School.

As National FFA week nears, the Middlebury FFA would like to report about different events that have happened and as well future events to come. 

Middlebury students celebrate National FFA Week

The Middlebury FFA Chapter officer team has had a lot going on since the start to the school year. We ran a clothing drive for the John Graham Shelter in Vergennes and the Charter House Coalition in Middlebury.

Students learn about caring for and breeding goats

We have had a busy year so far in Sustainable Agriculture. Last spring our class purchased five Boer goats, three males and two females. The males were raised for meat, and sent off to be processed last week.

Werner retires after 37 years at helm of FFA

FFA fruit sales proceeded this winter
