ADDISON COUNTY — Vermont State Police were called to a one-car crash on Fern Lake Road near Shackett Road in Leicester on Aug. 31 at a few minutes after 9 p.m. Troopers found a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country off the north side of the road with airbag deployment. They reported that driver Jesse Phillips, 38, of Leicester was unhurt in the crash, and he showed signs of alcohol impairment.
