The Addison Central School District board has scheduled three public hearings in advance of its scheduled Nov. 24 vote on whether to initiate a formal closing process for Ripton Elementary School.

The school board will evaluate several scenarios: keeping all schools open, operating two elementary schools and a regional middle/high school and operating a regional middle/high school and two elementary schools with grade banding.
