Vernon N. Riley Jr., 74, of East Middlebury

EAST MIDDLEBUTY — Vernon N. Riley Jr., of East Middlebury, Vt., born on Dec. 9, 1946. in Lebanon, Pa., to the late Mary and Vernon Riley Sr., passed away on March 12 after a long cancer illness. Vern was the oldest of three; sister Carolyn (Danyow) Riley, 16 months younger, and five-years-younger brother David.  Vern was married to his wife Yvonne Mary (Quesnel) for 38 years.
