MADISON, Wis. — Two Addison County teens and two local adults were among the 13 Vermont 4-H dairy members who experienced a whirlwind week of educational seminars, visits to farms and agribusinesses and other fun activities at the National 4-H Dairy Conference in Madison, Wis.
