Northeast Wilderness Trust, a land conservation organization serving the northeastern United States, has appointed Addison County resident Bill Roper to its board of directors.
The award is presented to a person who has worked over many years on behalf of the preservation and appreciation of birds, other wildlife, and natural communities in Addison County.
