SALISBURY — The state’s top two elected officials on Wednesday helped Salisbury’s Goodrich Farm launch the Northeast’s largest farm-powered anaerobic digester, a facility that will convert cow manure, food and beverage waste into renewable natural gas.Along with Gov.
