Addison County Home Health and Hospice awarded community grant

Addison County Home Health and Hospice received a $7,500 Community Grant from Co-operative Insurance Companies to support renovations of a newly purchased East Middlebury home that will become a level-three care residence.

Addison County Home Health and Hospice was the only Vermont health care provider to win two recent awards that recognized the quality of the care they give.
