JUDGES IN THE equestrian events had to step over huge puddles in the show ring at the Addison County Fair and Field Days on Tuesday. The heavy downpour the night before forced some of the events indoors in the morning, but the young riders in the Western discipline were able to show their horsemanship skills later on, before more rain fell on the opening day.

MEMBERS OF 4-H skip over puddles outside the cattle show ring on a soggy opening day of the Addison County Fair and Field Days on Tuesday.
