CAROL ANN WARNER SALISBURY — Carol Ann Warner, born on Aug. 24, 1956, in Annapolis, Md., passed away on Oct. 5, 2025. She was predeceased by her parents, Earl and Shirley Warner, and her brothers Richard, James and Ronald “Bugger” Warner.
