Lorenzo Salgado Aruajo of Houston and Joan Sebastian Duran Guerrero of Maine were both fatally shot by ICE, though they were not the targets of an operation. Joan was a young father from Columbia who was authorized to work in the U.S. Lorenzo from Mexico had lived and worked in the U.S. for 30 years with his wife and sons.
