Dinner and Panel featuring Young Civic Leaders, followed by a dialogue on local knowledge in Vermont. The Local Knowledge Initiative is a new effort by the American Academy of Arts & Sciences to elevate different forms of expertise and experience by celebrating examples of local innovation that are bringing Americans together, solving problems and cultivating a shared vision for better public life. The Academy is conducting listening sessions across the country to better understand the kinds of local knowledge that exist in our communities. Register by Aug. 1.
