LEICESTER — Gary Russell Chandler, 67, passed away unexpectedly in the home he shared with his son John and his family on Nov. 7, 2021. He was a devoted grandfather and spent the majority of his life on farms all around Addison county.

He was born May 5, 1954, in Middlebury to Viola Booska and Stanton Chandler.

He is survived by his son, John Chandler; daughter-in-law Megan Dupoise-Chandler; graddaughters Idaylia and Chloe Dupoise-Chandler; his daughter Michelle Chandler and granddaughter Madison J. Schunk; and many brothers and sisters.

He was predeceased by sons Keith Chandler (1995) and Edwin (Eddy) Chandler (1992): and his parents, Stanton and Viola Chandler.◊
