MCTV offers help editing videos at Snow Bowl
HANCOCK — Attention young folks planning on spending some time at the Snow Bowl over February school break: Middlebury Community Television will offer a fun activity for when you are taking a break from the slopes.
On Tuesday through Friday, Feb. 17-20, from 2-4 p.m., MCTV will set up a station in the Snow Bowl lodge to help skiers and snowboarders turn their GoPro and other video footage into polished movies. GoPros are those high-definition personal cameras that are often used to record extreme sports — you may have seen one on the helmet of a skier or boarder at the Snow Bowl.
The MCTV folks will show youngsters (or any would-be filmmakers) how edit their raw footage into finished videos that can be posted on a website or Facebook.
For more information contact Kurt Broderson at MCTV at 388-3062 or [email protected].
