Leicester news for May 14
LEICESTER — Green Up Day is May 30. Bags will be available outside the Town Office, under the bulletin board. On May 30, filled bags can be left on the roadside for pickup or dropped off on the trailer at the Town Shed. Due to the pandemic, please follow all CDC guidelines, including hand sanitizing and social distancing, when picking up bags, doing roadside clean up, and when dropping bags off at the Town Shed. If you need a road assignment, please contact Diane Benware at 802-247-3786. Please consider “adopting” a portion of your own road and pick up the trash along it. Due to Covid-19 concerns, there will be no free hot dog lunch or a raffle this year.
