I live on Willard Street, two steps from the railroad. I never understood why two new bridges were never approved for a whole lot less money and disruption.
I did attend meetings, but as usual being the small fish in the sea, I was outgunned by the VTrans people and Kubricky people.
Can we STOP the madness? Or has the train left the station and cannot be stopped?
