Scott’s plan targets Vt.’s career centers

Vermont Agency of Education officials and Gov. Phil Scott are touting a revamp of the state’s Career Technical Education (CTE) system that they believe will improve the quality and efficiency of the state’s 17 CTE hubs — including Addison County’s Patricia Hannaford Career Center (PHCC).
