Vergennes City Council OKs loan to lu*lu

The Vergennes City Council on Aug. 27 approved a $40,000 city loan to downtown ice cream business lu*lu to help it expand the company’s manufacturing/wholesale end into an undisclosed location elsewhere in Vergennes.
